1. Orders & Payments
- All products are handcrafted in small batches — slight variations in shape, color, or scent may occur. That’s the beauty of handmade!
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
- We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
- We reserve the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
2. Shipping & Delivery
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 7–10 working days.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier partner.
- Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, natural events, or incorrect address inputs.
3. Returns & Exchanges
- Since our candles are handmade and fragile, we do not accept returns.
- If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images/video proof at hey@burnbae.com.
- Approved replacements or credits will be issued at our discretion.
4. Product Use
- Burn Bae candles are for decorative and aromatic use only. Keep away from children, pets, flammable materials, and direct sunlight.
- Always burn candles on a heat-resistant surface, and never leave them unattended.
5. Content & Copyright
- All images, logos, product designs, and content on Burn Bae’s platforms are the intellectual property of Burn Bae and may not be copied or used without permission.
6. User Conduct
By using our site, you agree to:
- Not post spam, false information, or harmful content
- Use the website for lawful purposes only
