At Burn Bae, each candle is handmade with love and care — which means your order isn’t just packed, it’s crafted. Below are all the details you need to know about how your candles make their way from our studio to your space.
Where We Ship
We currently ship pan-India through trusted delivery partners.
If your area is not serviceable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution or issue a refund.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
- During launches or festive seasons, processing may take a bit longer, but we’ll always keep you posted via DM or email.
Payment
- We accept prepaid orders only — via UPI, Razorpay, or bank transfer.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at the moment.
Delivery Timeline
Once shipped, delivery usually takes:

Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, WhatsApp, or Instagram DM.
- If you haven’t received your tracking link within 7 days, feel free to ping us at hey@burnbae.com.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged or opened, please:
- Record an unboxing video
- Share it with us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your Order ID and contact info
We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or store credit based on the situation.

- Burn Bae is not liable for delays caused by courier services, incorrect address input, or natural disruptions.
- Please double-check your shipping details before placing the order — incorrect addresses may lead to undelivered orders without refunds.
