Because each Burn Bae candle is handcrafted with love and made in small batches, we have a few important guidelines regarding cancellations and returns. Please read carefully before placing your order.
Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- After 12 hours, production and packing begin — so cancellation won’t be possible.
- To cancel, please email us at hey@burnbae.com or message us on Instagram with your Order ID.
Returns & Replacements
Since our candles are fragile and custom-made, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
- The product is damaged or broken during transit
- You received the wrong product
If any of the above happens, please:
- Email us at hey@burnbae.com or DM us within 48 hours of receiving the order
- Share unboxing video or images as proof
- Mention your Order ID in the message
✅ Once approved, we’ll ship a replacement or offer store credit — whatever works better for you.
Please Note
- We do not offer cash refunds at the moment
- Color or design variation due to handmade nature is not considered a defect
- Candles once used/opened are not eligible for return
